_AMP Capital partners with Knight Frank to deliver three new End of Trip facilities

Richie Holligan led the project team of PTID, IE, MPN and Quadric Projects, assisted by Jayden Dawson, to deliver these high quality facilities that embody work/life balance, reinvigorating tenants’ desire to become active in their free time and providing an alternative to public transport. The new facilities feature touchless fixtures and fittings, making tenant safety and peace of mind top priority.

The Grey Street project involved removing car stackers to create additional space for the new facility. The scope of the project ran from initial feasibility, design team procurement and management, through cost planning, statutory approvals and contractor procurement, to project management of the works on site.

Richie and the team navigated the challenges that come with multiple sites and stakeholders, while ensuring a fast construction program of only 7 weeks on site to minimise disruption to tenants.
