Deborah Cullen, previously Head of Prestige Sales, NSW will lead and manage the Prestige team's critically important brand partnerships relationship strategy as well as focus on prestige lifestyle properties.
Knight Frank Australia Partner and Chief Executive Officer Rod Leaver said Knight Frank’s Residential team, which focuses on super prime, prestige sales and project marketing, had an exceptional global reach and would benefit immensely from the new appointments.
"The addition of Shayne and Mark will position our brand as best in market, ensuring we continue providing top-level service exceeding the high expectations of our clients."
“Our new appointments are highly regarded within the prestige residential market and bring with them exceptional experience and expertise. We are excited to welcome them to the team and for the growth to come in our residential division. Australia’s prestige residential market is continuing to strengthen, with demand growing from our nation’s wealthy and ultra-wealthy, particularly in Sydney. Our team is ideally placed to advise our clients on the best strategies for finding their ideal home, while also working with the extended Knight Frank team both nationally and globally to support them with their diverse residential and commercial property portfolios and requirements.”
Mr Harris said he was thrilled to be appointed to lead Knight Frank’s residential team nationally and to grow the firm’s residential business.
“As we head into 2020, the market is looking more positive than it has in some time, with property values, as well as buyer sentiment, on the way back up. The sharp price upturn in the mass market, particularly in Sydney during the final quarter of 2019 will see further strength and confidence in the prestige markets across the eastern seaboard. Knight Frank’s global brand is synonymous with prestige residences. This reputation, paired with some of the industry’s best talent and my experience, will ensure we become the leading Australian prestige residence advisor.”
Mr Manners said he was excited to now be able to offer Sydney clients access to a genuine global database of international and expat buyers combined with the very best local knowledge.
“The ability to introduce more highly qualified overseas buyers to compete on a property coupled with my expertise will give our clients an enhanced service offering designed to achieve in the highest possible result. The Knight Frank brand is synonymous with luxury property and I welcome the opportunity to work with our offices around the world to provide only the best outcomes for both our loyal and new customers.”
The new appointments follow the expansion of the Prestige Residential sales team in Sydney late last year with the addition of Adam Ross, Oliver Stillman and William Laing, as well as Knight Frank’s expansion of the firm’s Private Office to Australia.
