The Knight Frank Australia Group (Knight Frank Australia Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate, "Knight Frank") is subject to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth)).
