The former home of Fletcher Jones at 156-162 Moorabool Street, Geelong, has sold under the hammer for $1.15 million.
 
The property was sold by Knight Frank’s Marcus Quinn and Neville Richards, under instructions from the administrators of Fletcher Jones and Staff Pty Ltd – Cor Cordis.

156-162 Moorabool Street, located metres from the corner of Ryrie and Moorabool Streets, was home to Fletcher Jones since the 1950s.

The property occupies a land area of approximately 440 square metres with a building area of approximately 880 square metres over two levels. It has access via both Moorabool Street and rear laneway as well as extensive retail frontage.
