Testimonials

“We chose to use Knight Frank due to their existing relationship with Charter Hall, having successfully delivered multiple technical advice across multiple deals in various asset classes along with their ability to deliver portfolio work in a professional and timely manner. Timing was critical on this acquisition and having confidence in a consultant to deliver the reports on time and within budget was a major focus on who we appointed to assist us. We felt Knight Frank was the most appropriate consultant to use for the technical reports given their national presence and ability to deliver and meet our requirements. The team’s global presence, deep market knowledge and technical expertise were a significant asset to our team, as was their discretion and ability to complete this significant body of work under tight time constraints. Thank you to Chris and the Knight Frank Building Consultancy team for being great partners to Charter Hall.”
