Globalisation, e-business, competition and changing employee attitudes are all impacting upon the way organisations are structured, operate, deliver service, and accommodate themselves. In today's business flexibility, resourcefulness and timing are the defining characteristics – in planning, configuration, location, expansion and consolidation, and tenure. Knight Frank's Consultancy team will work with you to develop strategies to optimise business requirements with an emphasis on other property issues. From mergers and acquisitions; divestments; expansion, consolidation and development activities; portfolio optimisation, to accommodation best practices the team will ensure the solution is aligned to an organisation's business strategy and objectives. Coupled with their depth of consultancy expertise, the team has access to traditional property expertise from transactions to research, leasing and management providing an holistic perspective to strategic consulting and corporate real estate advice. The team will work with a range of affiliate organisations to provide "single source management" of projects. The team segments its consultancy advice into four disciplines:
- Development Consulting Services - providing advice on development packaging, financial feasibility analysis, site selection and urban planning

Where needed the team will work with alliance partners in order to effect a more tailored and creative solution in areas of:
- Land use planning
- Financing
- Tenant and occupier advocacy
- Space planning
- Development planning and management
- Asset strategies
