Both properties are on West Botany Street in Arncliffe, situated just off the Princes Highway.

11-13 West Botany Street consists of a 664sq m vacant site, made up of two adjoining lots that will be sold in one line.

Its zoning allows for a mixed-use development, permitting a range of ground floor commercial/retail developments with multi-storey residential development above, subject to council approval.

28-30 West Botany Street consists of a 659sq m dual-lot vacant site that will also be taken to the market in one line.

Its R4 High Density Residential zoning allows for a multi-storey residential development, subject to council approval.

The properties will be taken to the market via auction campaigns run by Knight Frank on behalf of the NSW Government.

The two properties will be auctioned on Thursday, June 12 at 12pm (AEST) at in room auctions at Mezzanine Level, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW (online and phone bidding available).

Knight Frank’s Jeff Moxham said the properties were both in prominent locations with great exposure, situated on a main road and close to amenity.

“Both sites are less than one kilometre from the Arncliffe Train Station, and within close proximity to the M5 Motorway, Sydney Airport and St George Hospital,” he said.

“They are also well serviced by local schools, shopping centres, parks and public transport.”

Knight Frank’s Anthony Pirrottina said: “Vacant land holdings in inner Sydney locations are becoming increasingly rare, with the vast majority of the land that remained undeveloped having been absorbed over the past 10 years.

“As such, we expect strong buyer interest for these blocks of land from private home builders, local developers and builders, all looking to secure some of the last land holdings in Southern Sydney.”
