_Knight Frank Australia finalists in 2020 Property Council of Australia Awards

We are thrilled to announce we are finalists two categories of the Property Council of Australia 2020 Innovation & Excellence Awards, being held this Thursday 22 October.

Our Asset Management Services team is a finalist for the PEXA Award for Project Innovation for their Safe Check In system, a digital induction platform deployed across Knight Frank managed properties throughout Australia.

Utilising Quick Reference (QR) technology integrated with our market-leading Facilities Response Centre, workers now have access to critical site documentation risk documentation via our App such as confined space and asbestos registers.

Our Safe Check In platform automatically cross references induction validity and allows site specific inductions to be undertaken by workers online. Further, our team of Facilities and Property Management professionals can monitor worker attendance routinely and in the event of an emergency.

This web-based innovation to a historically paper-based solution provides productivity gains relative to worker management and improves safety outcomes with the provision of digital risk management documentation for workers.

Our Project Management & Building Consultancy team and AMP Capital are shortlisted for the Procore Award for Development Innovation for the Angel Place Lobby Redevelopment.

AMP Capital partnered with Knight Frank to enhance the base building offering of 123 Pitt Street, Sydney, connecting the Angel Place community and reconnecting with surrounding precincts. The works created a timeless entrance leading to a high-quality, activated lobby incorporating; concierge, café kiosk, workspaces, and multi-purpose amenity.

The spatial design is complemented by natural materials, commissioned artwork, feature ceiling, and green elements such as box terrariums and the largest moss wall in the southern hemisphere. The vast size and extent of dedicated customer amenity and premium integrated services is unique in the current market place, cementing Angel Place as an industry leader, and one of Sydney’s most coveted and exclusive A-Grade buildings.
