_Knight Frank Australia and Equiem sign national tenant experience portal deal to unite workforce
To combat the challenges in communication and connectivity during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, Knight Frank Australia will use Equiem’s tenant experience app as a critical tool for engaging its workforce across the country – those working from home and in the office.
The new app will deliver seamless communication, health and well-being programming (including the provision of live-streamed fitness classes), key HR information, and more. The full suite of products and services will help Knight Frank Australia support and connect with its team members through a likely extended period of transition.
Knight Frank Australia will also be able to take advantage of Equiem’s recently released ‘Return to Workplace’ solution - a platform designed to help property managers and owners return workers safely into offices.
The deal complements the Knight Frank Australia and Equiem relationship which already includes a portfolio arrangement in which Knight Frank Australia are able to offer Equiem’s tenant experience app to their existing and prospective Australian customers, enabling the firm to offer a brand new service to clients and differentiate the offer in the Australian marketplace. Whilst available to all clients, this mobile app is targeted at B and C grade commercial assets managed by Knight Frank Australia, delivering a taste of premium occupier experience, and helping transform buildings into vibrant, connected and engaged communities with new services, functionality and experiences that enrich occupants’ lives.
These new arrangements strengthen the existing relationship with both parties already working together at five prime commercial sites across Australia, comprising over 177,000 sq m of office space in total.

Knight Frank and Equiem also work closely together in the UK and Ireland, where Equiem is Knight Frank’s preferred tenant experience technology provider. Equiem has launched its platform at a number of office buildings managed by Knight Frank across the UK and Ireland, comprising 205,000 sq m metres in total, with further sites expected to be announced over the course of the year.
